FAQ
1,How long will it take to produce an order?
It is at least 30days for the purchasing and production time with container order
and 7 days for the sample. The reason why we take it long is purely guarantee the quality.
2, What is your minimum order?
Yes, usually 1 tons for each sizes
3. What form of quotation do you offer?
FOB Shanghai, CIF and CNF/CFR Your destination
4. What is your payment term?
Payment is 30% deposit, 70% balance on B/L copy or 70 L/C at sight for the container order
100% T/T in advance for LCL order or the sample order. We accept US dollar, Euro,GBP.etc
5. Does the sample for free or not?
You have to pay the freight charge at first, but we will return to you when you play order to us.
6. How do you guarantee the quality of the products?
All of our procedures are strictly operated under the ISO 9001-2008, and there are as many as 6 times
of test during the production of each product to ensure the quality. and we have our own test centers,
every tubes will be tested under our testing equipment before package
7. How do you to package the product?
Internal wrapped with plastic foil, external wrapped with polywoven bags, we use steel belt to pack the outside,
wooden cases for thin wall thickness can be offered if required
hexagonal packing for in bundles
8. How are the orders shipped?
By sea. We arrange up to the port of departure or port of destination (Shipment/ freight to be paid by the buyer).
By air. as your request
9.How about the Third Party Inspection ?
We can accept third party inspection like :TUV,SGS,BV,DNV,Lloyd's,etc
